With 30 classes per week and in many different styles and types to choose from, there’s something for everyone to enjoy. You can try out 30 new things all in one place! Strengthen your core with pilates, shimmy into self love with belly dance, relax and connect with your breath through yoga. Your pass is good in ALL classes!

Drop In Vs. Progressive Classes

  • Drop In Class Description

“Drop In” means you can attend these classes at any time. These classes does not build upon themselves through a series and there is no choreography involved. As such, you can join these classes at anytime throughout the year. In general, Yoga, Zumba, Barre and anything fitness related are often considered Drop In style classes.


  • Progressive Class Description

Most of our dance classes are labelled as “Progressive”. As such, most of these classes run in the following terms: Fall (Sept – Dec), Winter (Jan – March), Spring (April – June) & Summer (July & August). Progressive classes are registration based and there are cut off days each term usually 3 weeks into each new semester. After these dates, registration is closed, and participants must wait until the following term to join a progressive class. Progressive classes will not only focus on foundations and techniques but will also feature choreography. Participants are given optional performance opportunities throughout the year. Rest assured that the health and safety of our instructors, staff, clients and friends is our #1 priority.  We've consulted with Interior Health and Worksafe BC to ensure that our space and processes will keep us happy, healthy and well.

All of our offerings are LIVE IN PERSON at the studio.  We are also broadcasting some of our classes online to accommodate our members who are not yet ready to return to the studio in person.

General Health & Safety Guidelines:

  • DO NOT ENTER if you have any flu like symptoms
  • Wash/Sanitize hands upon entering
  • Enter at the back door & Exit out the front to alleviate congestion
  • Remain 2 meters apart at all times in all areas
  • Only 1 person in reception area at a time (be mindful!)
  • Only 1 person in each hallway at a time (be mindful!)
  • Sanitize all equipment before and after use (leave for Instructors to put away)

o   Blankets and yoga straps go immediately to the wash bin

o   All mats, foam and cork blocks, bands, balls and other items can be sanitized

  • Wipe down any surfaces you’ve touched with a sanitization wipe (ie walls, chair, other equipment, bathroom fixtures)
  • Wash and sanitize your hands often
