Terms & Conditions

If you access and use this Website (the “Site”), you accept and agree to be bound by and comply with these terms (the “Terms”). If you do not accept the Terms, do not use the Site.

    1. All products and services of Shift Enterprises and Let’s Move Studio and its subsidiaries and affiliates are subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable agreements governing their use.

    2. The information, material and content provided in the pages of the Site (the “Information”) may be changed at any time without notice. Changes may be made to the Terms at any time without notice by updating this posting. You agree to review the Terms regularly and your continued access or use of the Site will mean that you agree to any changes.

    3. Information published on this website is provided for the use of its visitors for general information and you are advised that, although care has been taken to ensure technical and factual accuracy, some errors may occur.  Shift Enterprises, Let’s Move Studio and all associated third parties provide no warranty or guarantee as to the accuracy, timeliness, performance, completeness or suitability of the information and materials found or offered on this website for any particular purpose.  You acknowledge that such information and materials may contain inaccuracies or errors and we expressly exclude liability for any such inaccuracies or errors to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Any unprotected E-Mail communication over the Internet is, as with communication via any other medium, not confidential, subject to possible interception or loss, and is also subject to possible alteration.  Shift Enterprises and Let’s Move Studio accept no liability for anything associated with uncontrolled internet e-mail.

    1. From time to time, this website may include links to other websites.  These links are provided for your convenience to provide further information.  They do not signify that we endorse the website(s).  We have no responsibility for the content of the linked website(s).

  5. Payment for Products & Services

    1. All classes are payable in advance via the current payment options which are available.  Only in exceptional circumstances will deferred, partial payments, refunds or service credits be considered and these requests will be considered and approved only by the owner of Shift Enterprises, Let’s Move Studio or an elected administrative official.

    2. Fees remain payable in cases of absence.  In general, there are no reductions or refunds for sickness or holidays.  Only in exceptional circumstances will refunds/service credits be considered and these requests will be considered and approved only by the owner of Shift Enterprises or Let’s Move Studio or an elected administrative official.

    3. All Credit Cards will be processed in Canadian Dollars at the time of payment.  Shift Enterprises and Let’s Move Studio are not responsible for any fees, charges, exchange rates or additional charges levied by individual financial institutions or Credit Card companies.

    4. Shift Enterprises and Let’s Move Studio reserve the right to change the fees without prior notice.

  6. Schedule

    1. Shift Enterprises and Let’s Move Studio reserve the right to change the schedule without prior notice.

    2. In general, most classes scheduled on National and Provincial holidays will be cancelled and no classes will be offered in lieu.

    3. Shift Enterprises and Let’s Move Studio will endeavor wherever possible to inform participants of last minute schedule updates via email and/or social media.

  7. Studio Code

    1. Only clean bare feet, socks, dance shoes or indoor gym shoes with white soles are allowed on the studio floor.

    2. Turn off/silence electronics which may be disruptive

    3. Sign in (Print) to every class and be aware of your punchcard status

    4. Clean studio mats after use and return studio props to their proper locations

    5. The studio is a place to collectively gain mind, body and spirit health and awareness.  Classes and instructors who encourage this growth will be promoted here.

    6. We collectively welcome all people and support an environment that is positive, enjoyable and inclusive.

    7. The Studio is a dynamic ever-changing environment and is used to suite various wants and needs of many different people.  As such, please take out whatever you bring in and as an individual clear the studio space in accordance with the current studio schedule.

    8. Let’s Move Studio is a scented environment and could include the use of various scents including but not limited to cleaners, essential oils, essential oil diffusers, deodorants, and air misters.  Let’s Move Studio assumes no responsibility for participants choosing to enter into this location with sensitivities, allergies or a dislike to fragrance.


  1. Lost/Stolen Property

    1. Shift Enterprises and Let’s Move Studio does not accept the responsibility for items that are lost or stolen although any found items will be placed in the lost property location.

Return/Refund/Cancellation Policy


  1. Regular Scheduled Classes

    1. In general, no refunds on regular scheduled classes are offered unless an exceptional circumstance is present.

    2. If you are unable to attend a program due to an exceptional circumstance out of your control, we can offer you a refund if you notify us prior to your session start date.

    3. We charge a 30% cancellation/processing fee.  This cancellation fee may be avoided if you opt for a service credit instead of a refund.

      1. Note: Service credits are valid for 90 days only.

    4. A 100% service credit can be put towards a future class registration, unlimited membership or a punch card of the equal value if an exceptional circumstance is present.

    5. Some acceptable exceptional circumstances where refunds/credits are considered include but are not limited to: unexpected health issues, pregnancy or relocation.

    6. In the event that an exceptional circumstance exists after a portion of the class registration, unlimited membership or punch card has been used, the refund/service credit will be pro-rated for the number of weeks or number of sessions left on the previously purchased term.

      1. In the event of a refund, a 30% pro-rated cancellation/processing fee will still apply

    7. All refunds/service credits are considered on a case-by-case basis and approved only by the owner of Shift Enterprises, Let’s Move Studio or an elected administrative official.

  2. Private Trainings/Classes/Workshops & Consulting

    1. Shift Enterprises and Let’s Move Studio are not liable or responsible for any terms and conditions, quality control or returns/refunds for all private trainings/classes/workshops/consulting which are offered through our studio.

    2. Please consult with the individual/business hosting the private training/class/workshop/consulting in regards to all terms, conditions and policies associated with the offering and your private agreement between this individual/business.

    3. 30% of the entire booking will be charged as a fee in the event of cancellations for private bookings.  A credit card must be provided at the time of booking to secure this transaction.  (Name as it appears on the card, expiry date and security code on the back of the card)

 Privacy & Security Policy

Shift Enterprises and Let’s Move Studio respect the privacy of its customers.  Shift Enterprises and Let’s Move Studio will never sell, trade, rent, disclose, or distribute its e-mail subscriber/newsletter list or any other personal information to any third party, nor shall it permit anyone else to do so.  All emails and newsletters from our sites allow you to opt out of future mailings.  However, Shift Enterprises and Let’s Move Studio does occasionally make available its list of those registrants who have expressly provided us with their permission to receive information from approved Shift Enterprises and Let’s Move Studio partners.

Most classes are indoors and some specialty classes are offereed outdoors at various beautiful locations until August 31, 2021.  Please consult the special Instructions section in the application after booking for the class location.
