American Tribal Style Bellydance ~ Lucille
60 min... Women playing together, learning the basics of this improvisational form of belly dancing - posture, technique, muscle conditioning, stretching, and discovering how to flow with music.

Bellydance ~ Rose-Marie
90 min...Modern, Traditional & Tribal Fusion elements! Conditioning & strengthening exercises, isolations, technique, layering & choreography.

Bollywood Dance ~ Bonnie
60 min...East Indian dance form made popular by Bollywood movies... a mix of traditional Indian and western styles... great workout!

Flow Yoga ~ Natalie
90 min...With emphasis on Ashtanga yoga, Flow Yoga is a remarkable way to strengthen the body & relax the mind. The class is fitness-focused, emphasizing strength, flexibility, balance & coordination, while focusing on the breath for stress relief & relaxation.

Hatha Yoga Flow~ Elizabeth
90 min...Beginner friendly! Strengthen your body with breath & movement while promoting flexibility and healing relaxation.

Yoga ~ Marcia
In this 1.5 hour hatha yoga class Marcia will weave together the elegant and effective Universal Principles of Alignment of Anusara Yoga with stories that introduce us to the uplifting tantric philosophy of intrinsic goodness. You will leave this class feeling connected in mind, body and heart.

Yoga Fitness Boot Camp for Women ~ Katrina
60 minute classes, 19 and 6 day programs

Get ready for a super fun, challenging, and totally rewarding workout. Get stronger, leaner, toned and more fit in an enjoyable and empowering way. You’ll be led through a wide variety of fitness exercises and yoga poses, and will find your body transforming quickly because of your dedication.

Part of the program is outside in the fresh air, and part of it is in the welcoming atmosphere of the yoga studio. (No previous yoga experience necessary.)
